6. Returns, Right of Withdrawal, and Refunds
In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Book VI), consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.
After notifying us of the withdrawal, the consumer has an additional 14 days to return the goods.
Withdrawal may be communicated by email, phone, SMS, or by post.
