Shipping and Delivery Policy – Junique Fashion

At Junique Fashion, we do our utmost to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Below you will find all information regarding our shipping methods, delivery times, and conditions.


1. Order Processing and Shipping

1.1

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 to 3 working days.

1.2

The standard delivery time is 10 to 14 working days, depending on the carrier.

1.3

During busy periods, such as sales or holidays, delivery times may be longer. In such cases, we will communicate this in a timely manner via our social media channels.

1.4

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track and Trace code so you can follow your parcel.


2. Delivery Times and Shipping Costs

We currently deliver only within Belgium and the Netherlands.

💡 Please note: Delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service.


3. No Deliveries Outside Belgium and the Netherlands

3.1

Junique Fashion currently ships exclusively to Belgium and the Netherlands. Orders with a delivery address outside these countries cannot be processed.


4. Carrier Delays

4.1

We do our best to deliver your order on time. However, delays beyond our control may occur, such as:

  • Busy periods such as holidays or sales

  • Strikes by postal or courier services

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Unforeseen technical issues with the carrier

4.2

In such cases, we kindly ask for a few additional working days. We will share updates via our social media channels if general delays occur.


5. What if You Are Not Home at the Time of Delivery?

5.1

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may attempt delivery again or leave the parcel at a pickup point. This depends on the selected carrier.

5.2

You will receive a notification via the Track and Trace link or directly from the carrier indicating where and when you can collect your parcel.

5.3

Please note that parcels remain at pickup points for a limited period before being returned to the sender.


6. Incorrect or Missing Deliveries

6.1

Please carefully check your delivery address when placing your order. Junique Fashion is not responsible for parcels lost due to an incorrectly provided address.

6.2

If your Track and Trace indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier and us within 48 hours at juniquefashion@outlook.be.

6.3

In the event of a missing parcel, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. This process may take several working days.

6.4

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and is returned to us, we will contact you once we receive it.

You will then have the following options:

  • We resend the parcel (additional shipping costs apply)

  • You cancel the order and receive a refund, excluding shipping costs
