Cancellation Policy

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made via the website of BEXIMP BV. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions set out in this policy.


2. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS BY THE CUSTOMER

2.1 Cancellation before processing

Customers may cancel their order free of charge as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please send an email to juniquefashion@outlook.be stating your order number.

If the cancellation is approved, the full purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days via the original payment method.


2.2 Cancellation after processing or shipping

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled free of charge.

In this case, the order falls under our Returns and Refund Policy, and the customer must return the item in accordance with the applicable return conditions.


3. CANCELLATION BY JUNIQUE FASHION

Junique Fashion reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  • The product is no longer available

  • The payment has not been successfully completed or has been refused

  • Fraud or misuse is suspected

  • An error has occurred in the price or product description

  • Unforeseen circumstances make it impossible to fulfil the order

If we cancel an order, the customer will be informed by email and the full amount will be refunded within 5 working days via the original payment method.


4. PRE-ORDERS

By placing a pre-order, you purchase a product that is not yet in stock but will become available at a later date. Junique Fashion requires full payment at the time the pre-order is placed.

4.1 No cancellation or modification after payment

Once a pre-order has been placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

This means that:

  • Colours, sizes, or other specifications cannot be changed after the order is placed

  • The order will be shipped once the product becomes available, based on the estimated delivery date stated on the product page

If a delay occurs in the delivery of a pre-order product, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. Such delays do not give rise to a right to cancellation or compensation.

By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges that the purchase is final and that no changes or cancellations are possible after payment.


4.2 Return conditions for pre-orders

Pre-order items cannot be cancelled or modified after payment. However, they are subject to our Returns and Refund Policy if they do not meet expectations.

Returns are possible in accordance with the standard return conditions.


5. REFUNDS AFTER CANCELLATION

For approved cancellations, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 5 working days after confirmation of the cancellation.

Depending on the payment provider, it may take a few additional working days before the refund is visible in the customer’s account.
