Returns and Refund Policy
At Junique Fashion, we do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your order in accordance with the guidelines below.
1. Return Conditions
1.1
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
1.2
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 calendar days to return the products.
The withdrawal period starts on the day after you (or a third party designated by you) receive the order.
1.3
Items must be returned in their original condition, including all labels and tags, and in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transport.
1.4 Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
Lingerie and swimwear if the hygiene seal has been broken
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or returned incomplete
1.5
Returns for which the sender cannot be identified will be refused.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
Free return in case of defect or error
If we have delivered an incorrect or defective item, the return shipping costs will be covered by Junique Fashion.
3. Refunds
3.1
Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be processed within 5 working days via the original payment method.
3.2
If an item is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct an amount to cover loss in value.
3.3
If the return is due to an error on the part of Junique Fashion (for example, a defective or incorrect item), shipping costs will also be refunded.
3.4
Items purchased using a discount code will be refunded for the actual amount paid.
4. Warranty
All items are covered by the legal warranty of 2 years, in accordance with Belgian and European legislation. This means that a product must meet reasonable expectations under normal use.
